Welcome to the dedicated website of the Air-to-Air Academy! Air-to-Air photography is for many photographers the ultimate way to photograph aircraft in their natural environment, the sky. Making the big step to Air-to-Air photography can be very difficult. Opportunities to fly for pictures are very sparse, and mostly done by only a handful of experience photographers who keep the opportunities for themselves. The goal of the Air-to-Air Academy is sharing experiences and opportunities. With the academy we open up the world of Air-to-Air photography for passionated photographers who like to take their aviation photography to a higher level. We provide you with first hand experience from organising, briefing,… till taking to the skies for your first photoflight. Many of the photographers who participated the academy have since made their own way into Air-to-Air photography, and fly their own photomissions. The fourth edition of the Air-to-Air Academy will again take place at the Leopoldsburg-Beverlo Airfield (Sanicole) in Belgium from September 11-16, 2013. We have set up a unique partnership with the organisation of the famous Sanicole Airshow, which will provide new photographic possibilities.
